The Sales & Catering Team at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport - Mall of America launched - 'Fire & Ice' - a special campaign for groups, meetings, special events and holiday celebrations.  Members of the team called on area businesses to highlight the promotion and hosted a special 'Fire & Ice' themed reception event in late August with over 100 clients attending.  The reception highlighted culinary creations from Executive Chef & Nature Photographer Eric G. Baker with special emphasis on items from our holiday celebration menu.
