Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport - Mall of America Sous Chef Paul Chellew and Catering Sales Manager Melissa Heininger hosted a Simcah Reception on Monday, December 21st for Community Leaders and Event Planners.  Sous Chef Paul Chellew prepared a spectacular selection of kosher hors d'oeuvres and entree samples to highlight the hotel's culinary team.  Melissa Heininger conducted property tours to highlight the hotel's variety of special event/catering facilities for group events of all sizes.
