This special wine-pairing dinner event taking place on Saturday, June 6, 2009, features a menu created by our award-winning Executive Chef, Eric G. Baker, and his culinary team to elicit an explosion of your senses - paired with wines chosen for their unique ability to compliment the food and yet stand out on their own.

Ø Wine Pairing and Narration of wines history

Ø Enjoy a wonderfully prepared 4 course meal and with wines specifically chosen to
enhance the flavors and textures of each course. You will walk away from this summer evening with wonderful memories of a great evening and knowledge about 4 different wines, how they are created and why they would match with meals you make every day in your home

Ø Wine-Pairing dinner will last approximately 2 hours - just enough time to really enjoy both the food and the wines

Ø Our special Wine Dinner Package includes overnight accommodations, welcome amenity (chilled champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries) and
