Approximately 100 people got up early to support The Miracles of Mitch Foundation (MOMF) at the first-ever Miracles Happen Breakfast, held Wednesday, April 29, at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport - Mall of America.  The event, which raised $11,749 for MOMF, educated attendees about the foundation, its events and how its programs benefit the families of children battling cancer in Minnesota.

Speakers included MOMF Board Chair Mike Jilek, MOMF Executive Director Mike Krance, MOMF Board Member Joanna Perkins, M.D., M.S., and MOMF co-founder Steve Chepokas.

Special thanks to parents Becca Chase and Marcia Evans who shared their emotional stories of their children's battles with cancer, as well as how The Miracles of Mitch Foundation has made an impact in their lives.
