Hilton Wins At 13th Annual Bloomington Diamond Service Awards

Providing outstanding customer service is key to ensuring repeat business and growth for the Bloomington hospitality industry.  The Bloomington Diamond Service Awards are produced by the Bloomington Convention & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with industry representatives.  The BCVB salutes outstanding customer service employees in tourism, hospitality and retail industries celebrating those who enhance Bloomington's reputation as a world-class destination.

Sous Chef Mark Tesmer accepted the 'City of Bloomington - Food Safety Award' The Culinary Team at the Hilton, led by Executive Chef & Nature Photographer Eric G. Baker, has received the award for the past two consecutive years.

Blue Water Grill Server Carol Chapman recevied the 'Best Server - Hotel Restaurant Award'.
