Providing outstanding customer service is key to ensuring repeat business and growth for the Bloomington hospitality industry.  The Bloomington Diamond Service Awards are produced by the Bloomington Convention & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with industry representatives.  The BCVB salutes outstanding customer service employees in tourism, hospitality and retail industries celebrating those who enhance Bloomington's reputation as a world-class destination.

Sous Chef Mark Tesmer accepted the 'City of Bloomington - Food Safety Award'.  The Culinary Team at the Hilton, led by Executive Chef & Nature Photographer Eric G. Baker, has received the award for the past two consecutive years.
