Hilton wins 'People's Choice Award' at the '14th Annual Taste of Chocolate Midwest Dessert Competition and Benefit for the Bloomington Fine Arts Council'

Sous Chef Paul Chellew was the recipient of the People's Choice Award at the 14th Annual Taste of Chocolate Midwest Dessert Competition and Benefit for the Bloomington Fine Arts Council.  Chef Chellew has been part of the culinary team at the Hilton for 19 years wtih Executive Chef & Nature Photographer Eric G. Baker.  Chef Chellew oversees the food production for hotel banquet events in addition to the Blue Water Grill and Blue Water Lounge.

The Bloomington Fine Arts Council provides a cultural focus for Bloomington, representing eight district visual and performing arts groups. 

The organizations offer arts opportunities for people of all ages in visual arts education, exhibitions, theater performances, symphony and band concerts, ballet, and choral music by youth and adults.

Bloomington Fine Arts Council events reach over 125,000 patrons each year, representing every facet of our community.  Residents enjoy over 250 concerts, performances and exhibits offered annually.  37,000 individuals are active in over 300 classes, workshops and outreach programs.
